Acceptance of Terms. By using https://northforkcoffeecleelum.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Espresso Bar, Iced Coffee, Hot Coffee, Chai Latte, Smoothies, Pastry Service provided by North Fork Coffee. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. North Fork Coffee (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
As-Is Basis. https://northforkcoffeecleelum.com is provided on an "as is" basis. North Fork Coffee makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. North Fork Coffee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold North Fork Coffee harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under WA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in WA for any related dispute.
Term Changes. North Fork Coffee may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
